Ez5, known as Ezy, is the owner and operator of Dadscord, one of Discord's larger community servers with over 1 million members. He controls every aspect of the server — all bots built and maintained under his direction, developers kept under NDA, and final say on every major decision.
Despite running a server of this size, Ezy is largely non-existent in both Dadscord and his dedicated unban server. Ban appeals sit for 3 weeks to a month with no response. Support tickets go unanswered. Members wait indefinitely.
Ezy tells his staff he prioritizes server health over member count. In practice, long-term members are not valued, disputes are ignored, and the server is run as a revenue operation.
Staff are also instructed to monitor other Discord servers for anyone speaking negatively about Ezy or Dadscord — and ban them. Not for anything done inside Dadscord. For what they said somewhere else.
Dadscord runs an in-server selfie verification system. The requirement to participate — posted publicly in the server — is that members must first send Ezy a personal selfie on Snapchat. Not to a moderation team. Not through a bot. Directly to Ezy's personal Snapchat account.
